Apr 28, 2024 · To speed up an ankou Slayer task, a dwarf multicannon can be used in the Wilderness Slayer Cave, as well as in the Stronghold Slayer Cave.
Ankous can be assigned as a Slayer task at level 40 combat by various Slayer masters. As their only attack is melee, Protect from Melee can be used to negate all incoming damage.
