Today, I just wanted to pop in and share an opportunity with you. But first, I wanted to say that I have my next line of podcasts lined up to be recorded and released where I will be talking about living in the now, being present, and then on to self-care, rituals and more. I will share how to take small steps to begin integrating this into our lives. And, that is why a new recording has not been released this last few weeks as progression, treatments and scans have taken over my personal life this past few weeks...more on that in the podcast.Ok...so here is your opportunity: A few months back I gave a virtual 'table talk' for our local community co-op on Rest. I had really great response and feedback. They are now releasing my talk as well as many others to share for free the month of August! Wow! I wanted to share it with you so that you could listen to my talk as well as so many other juicy subjects from people in my community and area. And! It is FREE!
