"Kim Possible" is so far one of the best shows on Disney Channel (and maybe on Television). It has smart dialogue, fluid animation and a lovable art-style and well-written characters. The villains are also quite interesting (expecially Dr Drakken and his assistant Shego, show's main villains) and funny.
